DMS(Diploma in Management Studies) Modules (12 Months)

Unit 1: Strategic Business Management and Planning

Unit 2: Organisational Resource Planning

Unit 3: Management of Financial Resources and Performance

Unit 4: Leadership and Change Management

Unit 5: Corporate Management in Action (integrative case study)

MBA Modules (6 Months)

Unit 1: Research methods for business

Unit 2: Strategic management

Unit 3: Creative manager

Unit 4: Masters project

Students gain two qualifications at the end of this programme, Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA degree from Queen Margaret University.

On successful completion of Diploma in Management Systems, students will proceed to the final phase of the MBA programme. The entire programme is conducted at the KCOL campus in London.
