Admission Information |
Now if you have decided to study with us, the next stage is the application process which is easy and straight forward. However students are advised to submit all the required documents well in advance before the term time starts.
For Professional and Short Courses which are commenced on a weekly/monthly basis, students are advised to contact at least a week before the intended session starts.
For all the other courses that commence on a Quarterly basis, Students are advised to submit the documents one month in advance. Our yearly term times are :

Online Application:
You can apply online to save the application-processing time and paper usage. Please visit our website and fill in the online application form. After completion, you need to send us colour scanned copies of all the supporting documents via email to admin@kcol.co.uk , subject: “Application + your name”. Alternatively, you could send us the photocopies via post to the address provided at the end of this document.
Registration fee is GBP £150 (non-refundable) payable to Kingston College of London. You need to send us the registration fee only after the application is successful.
Postal application:
If you would like to apply by post, you need to download the application form from our website (you can complete it online and print the completed one) and send us along with the photocopies of all the supporting documents.

| Fees |
There are various fee payment options available to help students be able to manage their finances. The total tuition fees can be paid in full in advance or can be paid in installments basis. The student will need to speak with the registrar to discuss about this issue.

Notes:
Students are personally liable for the payment of any fees which includes compulsory registration fees levied by professional bodies or by agencies such as IAM, CMI, and CIPD. Unless otherwise agreed, all students are required to pay in full any fees due on or before enrolment. Students whose fees are to be paid by a sponsor direct to the KCOL must produce written evidence of this before enrolment. In the event of an LEA, employer, parent or other person or other body not paying such fees, the student will remain personally liable for them. Consult the college for more information.
The KCOL reserves the right to impose charges for the provision of services outside of those defined by Management, thereby, encompassed in the tuition fee. For example, charges may be levied for the re-issue of official documentation, for field trips, re-sit examinations and graduation.
Failure by a student to pay any fees, fines, within the time specified for such payment, may result in the student being excluded from the program or denied access to specific KCOL facilities. The student will not be entitled, and may not be permitted, to sit examinations, or to progress to the next stage of the program, or to receive an award (if eligible) at the conclusion of the program, unless outstanding sums due to KCOL have been paid.
Fees and Refund policies:

Registration fees is non-refundable.

All tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course. However at the discretion of the college, students may be allowed to pay the remaining fees by installments.

The college reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. If the course for which an application has been made is cancelled, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

The college reserves the right to make changes in regulations, syllabuses, fees etc.

Tuition fees are not refundable. However refund of tuition fees are made in full if the following conditions are met:
- The student has not entered the U. K.
- Refusal of the entry-clearance: Student provides the college with the original refusal letter issued by the British Embassy / High Commission.
- If the student has lodged an appeal, the fees will only be refunded once the college receives the
Documentary evidence that the appeal has been refused.
- Original copy of enrolment letter / unconditional offer letter must be returned to the college.
Please note that the refunds will be made in Pound Sterling and any bank charges incurred will be deducted from the total amount.

Admission Procedure for Overseas Student
Stage 1:
Apply online or by post (application form downloadable from our website www.kcol.co.uk). Postal application should include the photocopies of all the supporting documents. And for students applying online, you have two options for sending us your supporting documents. Firstly, you can post us the photocopies to our college address and secondly you can send us the scanned copies of your supporting documents via our email address which is admin@kcol.co.uk.
Stage 2:
A non-refundable fee of £150 is payable once the application is successful. The admission department will inform you about the application outcome within two working weeks from the date of application submission.
Stage 3:
After the receipt of the registration fee, KCOL will send out a Conditional letter and a reply form. The student will need to send back the completed reply form along with the course fees. Cheque and all bank drafts should be payable to Kingston College of London.
Stage 4:
After the college receives the fee, the college will send the Unconditional (Acceptance) letter to the student. This letter is one of the letters which should be presented at the British Embassy at their home countries in order to obtain the UK visa.
